Livestrong!

Oh dear,

The Time is near.

So – the awesomeness of everyone I know showed up to a surprise (#1) party to celebrate my departure (sounds ironic eh?). There was quite the whirly whirly going on…. with a snazzy tent set up with posters and food and ultimate glee. It was pretty cool! Then surprise #2 came out.. they made some calls around to local business and received a pledge from Bushtukah who pledged $100 to the Livestrong Foundation!! and they were also gracious enough to offer me a $100 gift certificate to Bushtukah to pick up a few things that I need for the trip. Pretty damn awesome. Which brings us to Surprise #3 – I’ll be reppin’ hardcore on the Ottawa A-Channel Thursday morning at 9:30am for a live interview in their studio! haha Pretty cool right?
Let’s not stop there… Surprise #4 – Ness and her sister Janae, made these ridiculously awesome cupcakes. Words can’t describe the coolness of them besides say “Livestrong”… and “Road from Ontario to PEI”… I’ll update with a picture as soon as I get a hold of one. All of it was quite astonishing and amazing… .and ultimately appreciated.
